Office assistant and receptionist in the administration area for 40 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Minimum completed apprenticeship as an office clerk,
    or HAK/HASCH degree or similar
  • Office practice required -
  • Very friendly and motivated demeanour
  • Precise work a prerequisite -
  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • English skills

Tasks:

  • Receiving visitors
  • Taking over the telephone switchboard
  • Administrative work
  • General office work
  • Supporting the accounts department

We offer:

  • Annual position
  • 5-day week, 40 hours per week
  • Performance-related pay depending on qualifications
